Perricone Nutritive Cleanser was suggested by my dermatologist as a gentle effective cleanser for me right after she diagnosed my skin as being affected by rosacia. Many other products had caused a rosacia flare due to harshness. I liked this product because it was effective at cleaning my skin without excessively drying it out. Also, the nutritive cleanser lasts a long time because you don't have to use a large amount to achieve cleansing. It is advertised as a cleanser/toner yet I did not feel that it adequately exfoliated. I used this formula for over a year and always felt that I had to use adapelene gel or mechanical exfoliation to achieve a fresh looking and smooth skin texture. I must still rely on a prescription product, and I wish to change that.

Conclusions
It was effective at cleaning my skin without excessively drying it out.
