Skin Care Review: Aveeno gentle toner

by Jolene, Edmonton Canada

Adverse Effects

Not sure as I only used it twice.

Burning sensation when applying.

Age:27, prone to mild acne. I have used Proactiv and Spectro gel acne care and cleanser with good results, the later being less expensive. I was looking for a toner without alcohol. Difficult to find with poor selection in that grocer store. Did not like the fact that it does not list ingredients. I assumed because it said gentle that it had no alcohol. It gave me a burning sensation when applying so I returned it and got L'Oreal's toner with no alcohol. The lady who does my facials say a toner should not burn or tingle.

Not recommended.
