I am a 33 yr old female with fair skintone. My skin is on more the oily side, but not severly so. I began getting acne when I was 12 and tried everything to get rid of it. I saw a dermatologist for 6 yrs and used glycolic acid, retin-A,took various antibiotics, Acututane, different soaps and moisturizers. Some of these improved my skin for brief periods, but nothing helped in the long run. It wasn't until my mid 20's when I had completely stopped washing my face that my acne cleared up. My pimple/zit eruptions slowed way down, but my skin was very rough and discolored. I had a layer of small bumps all over my face. I bought AVON's Clearskin astringent and for the first time - I noticed my skin was smooth! For the first week I noticed my skin was red, but I put on a cheap moisturizer from the dollar store and this remedied the redness.
Conclusions
This is the best product I have ever used for my skin! I reccomend it to everyone!
