I began using this during high school. I liked a scrub but all I could find were the various oatmeal type scrubs. My mom bought my first tube. The scrub is excellent and has a menthol scent. It leaves your face feeling clean,fresh & tingling. I was allergic to benzol peroxide so was limited to a lot of acne products. After using this my skin improved. Friends tried it (guys too) and agreed. Helps with the oily days but doesn't dry your skin. My complextion is clear nowadays but the habit is hard to break and if I don't wash my face with this each day or if I use a different product (only happens if I forget mine and I am away) my skin feels unclean and my makeup doesn't look or stay as fresh when I put it on. Strange but it's true. I cannot believe I have been using it since school and won't give it up. I am going to be 40 in May!
