Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser gently cleans skin without stripping or leaving skin oily. It's great for sensitive skin and leaves the skin soft and clean. Those with oiler skin or who wear heavy makeup may need to use a washcloth to remove all traces of oil, makeup because the cleanser doesn't foam or produce lather. I have been using this product for about a year and had switched from using harsher, foaming cleansers that were stripping my skin and making it more sensitive. The positive changes I have experienced from using this product include more even tone, softer skin and reduced redness. My skin used to be very tight in some areas and oily in others and now it is much more balanced and healthy. In addition, it works well for people who need to wash their face more than twice a day (after workout, etc.) because it protects the natural moisture balance of skin. You must try this product for a few weeks in order to see if it is right for you, but it's definately affordable and worth a try.
