I am currently using the 2nd bottle of this toner. I'm 33 years old and my skin is on the sensitive side. The toner sometimes causes irritation, but not to an extent that it causes reddishness.

It is an alcohol and fragrance-free water-like lotion that comes in a spray bottle. I usually spray the lotion 3-4 times onto my face and gently pat it into the skin. It absorbs quickly into the skin and makes it nice and soft to the touch, but the effect is temporary. It would be really nice if the effect lasted throughout the day, but usually in 2 hours my skin starts to feel so dry that I can feel the numbers of fine lines increasing every time I smile.

Conclusions
highly recommendable to those looking for a nice, light toner w/o alcohol
