Skin Care Review: Eve Lom cleanser

Eve Lom cleanser (I believe there is only one type - for all skin types) is a soft, yellow waxy formula which you spread liberally on your face whilst accompanying it by pressing down firmly on your face with your fingers. You target the forehead, the upper lip, chin and jaw - just pressing for 5 seconds and then releasing.You then rinse off and exfoliate with the simple muslim cloth provided.

Well, I started a course of products: Eve Lom cleanser, a new moisturiser (Rubenstein) and under-eye cream (Q10 based). Used together - wow! My skin got such a clear, refined look to it. I didn't need foundation (I look like I WAS wearing an excellent foundation) or undereye concealer - I looked fantastic - especially in the mornings.

Then - being lazy and not wanting to bother with a frankly boring routine every night, I stopped bothering using the cleanser but kept using my new under-eye cream and moisturisers.

My glow vanished!

So, I guess that's pretty definitive proof that the cleanser was doing most of the good...it's weird but it clearly works.

Conclusions
Always use a cleanser - and preferably Eve Lom.
