If you like Bliss and not quite as happy, for the same amount of money, Kiehl's brand is by far better. Great for oily and blemish prone skin. My skin looks so much brighter and less oily. It's not alcohol based, so your skin doesn't tighen up like Sahara dessert that you need to slap on your moisturizer asap. This is the best toner out there and I've tried everything at Sephora! This product is especially wonderful with their Ultra Facial Moisturizer. Plus it smells wonderful too! I compare it to Bliss, since they're very comparable in price. But Bliss, I think is great for maintaining already-perfect skin. I didn't see any results using Bliss products. Kiehl's on the other hand, you see results in less than 2 weeks. It's wonderful!
