Details
I must start off by saying that I don't have really bad skin nor do I suffer from extreme acne or pimple problems. The only time that I do incur a breakout is simply around my monthly cycle which is normally just about one or two bumps. Now the problem with this is that after the pimples go away a dark spot is left in its place which I hate. I started out by using Noxema Plus which cleaned my skin but it seemed to be a little too strong because it would burn my face. So I tried using just regular Oil of Olay soap which made my skin oily (hence the name "Oil of Olay") which caused pimples. Then I tried Pro-Activ for the dark spots but it didn't work so I stopped using that. But when I stopped using it I broke out which left numerous dark spots on my cheeks. So I decided to use Clean and Clear the cleanser with the black head scrub. I must say that it really cleans my skin and doesn't burn or irritate me at all. But unfortuntely I still have the dark spots on my cheeks. Maybe its just me ( I can't be cured), but I believe Clean and Clear is a really great product which I still use, now I'm just trying to find something that will lighten these dark spots. Hope this was helpful.

Conclusions
For cleansing use Clean and Clear. Drink plenty of water and workout.
