Skin Care Review: Paula's Choice BHA Lotion

by Jodie, Sydney Australia

I think this is one of the few inexpensive miracle ingredients out there.

None on my skin. Obviously you can't use it if you have an aspirin allergy.

I have achieved excellent results using Paula's Choice 2% BHA (salycilic acid) Lotion under my regular moisturiser. My skin is normal to dry, sensitive, but with easily blocked pores. Quite a combination! I used to find it difficult to get enough moisture without causing congestion. I think salycilic acid is such a bonafide ingredient, it's in quite a lot of products and I noticed years ago what a difference it made in eliminating blackheads. This product is a good way of getting a guaranteed amount of active ingredient and just adding it to your normal skincare routine.

BHA is a very effective exfoliant and seems gentle enough to use everyday.
