Neostrata line is a wonderful product but hard to come by in many states, including Texas. It seems to be a state-by-state regulated issue. Some of the more cosmetic products are available at better department stores, which is a start to introduce their line to a more mass market. The product must be used starting with the lowest percentage and gradually working up to the higher levels of the glycolic acid. It is exceptionally good for people with kerotonitis but it is also good for any woman who wants clearer skin. I don’t recommend using it after shaving. The product is light, not greasy and has no scent.

Conclusions
Recommend this to anyone who wanted softer, clearer skin results without a prescription
