I had major skin damage due to continuous sunbathing in my teens and 20s. My face and hands were covered in solar lentigines (sun spots.

The Obaji products made those disappear permanently. I used the products under a dermatologist's watchful eye and it took almost a year of consistent use for the maximum effect, but once the inital blistering and peeling were over, and that only lasted about a week, my skin was smooth and age spot free.

There are still one or two large spots on my face and the back of my hands that didn't respond completely, but they were reduced in size.

Conclusions
I recommend Obaji highly. Be prepared for extreme results.
