I purchased this because I enjoyed a different at home microdermabrasion product but wanted something that seemed a little more natural and is supposed to be less irritating (which is the main objective of the entire Physicians Formula line of products.) This is very easy to use: Apply lightly gritty crystal product around face. Use foam hand applicator and rub face in circular motions. Because you're not supposed to go longer than 1 minute/facial area it should only take you about 5 minutes total per treatment. This line washes off more thoroughly and easily than other brands I have tried and smells better, too. After you rinse, you apply the included mineral moisturizing treatment. It feels very nice on my skin right before bed. (I also recommend the PF Luxury Eye Cream, very smooth...) The moisturizer smells like vanilla frosting, can't go wrong there!

Conclusions
Great product. BUY IT ON EBAY! Same results, 1/3 the $$$.
