Does reduce puffiness.

I did not notice any changes in wrinkling around the eyes.

I am 51 years old and stopped sunbathing at age 30, so my skin is relatively well-preserved. However, I purchased this product because it claimed to reduce puffiness, firm the eye area, reduce wrinkling, and brighten the area (reduce dark circles). It does not have a sunblock to prevent further wrinkles, and I would like to see more manufacturers add this feature to all skin care products. It does reduce puffiness and appears to have a bit of a brightening efffect on the skiin around the eyes which can be dark.
Conclusions
I will be on the lookout for an eye cream with an SPF and reasonable price tag.
