I have dark circles under my eyes and was looking for a product that might reduce some of the shadow there. I'm not sleep deprived or anything, I think it's just genetic. Always blame the parents... Anyway, so I had pretty low expectations when I purchased this product, but I was seduced by Avon's commercials and thought, "hell, I'll give it a try." Well when I was online ordering the $22 product that was "guaranteed to reduce under-eye shadow by 33%", I found this cheaper option. I do actually see a difference from using it. I wouldn't say that my under-eye circles have completely gone "poof", but they look a little better. Sometimes I even leave the house without concealer now. I have both the more expensive product AND this one, and honestly, they work the same. Plus the Lighten Up is in a less sexy plastic bottle and considerably cheaper.

Conclusions
I think it works moderately well, so long as you don't expect a miracle.
