I love this eye balm because I see results with it. It is so great feeling and the peptides and retinol really help the fine lines around my eyes to disappear. Eye believe also works as a great base under eye makeup. It is not oily but leaves your eye skin refreshed. Though if you have overly dry skin, you may need a little moisturizer along with the eye believe. You can also use it around your lips to smooth out those creeping lines there too. If you have not used a retinol product before, then eye believe may sting abit until you get used to it.
