I am 50 years old, medium/fair complexion, t-zone (but oiliness has considerable lessened). My skin is fairly clear, but have dark circles (probably the vascular kind) and eyes tend to be puffy in the morning due to insommina.

I think this product is pretty good value for the money and does my under eye circles and puffiness some good. I put it on in the morning and notice reduced puffiness and lessens the dark circles as long as the product is on. The price point is pretty good also. I notice some very, very slight tingling effect when putting this product on. It says you can use it on under eyes and eye lids. I have used it in both places with success on puffiness, and some degree of success on dark circles.
