I am 23 years old and have recently gotten under eye circles ( pretty sure its allergies and maybe a little heredity). I have tried so many different products to minimize the appearance, without any luck. I read about this product in an Avon booklet and got real excited, it sounded so promising. Well I saw absolutely no benefit, the product would get into my eye and make my eyes water, and I think it actually made my circles worse! Also the "after laser treatment repair cream" was only sunscreen. Pretty fancy term for just sunscreen.
Conclusions
Please don't waste your money. If you really want to try it, I will sell it to you.
