The lotion comes in a pump type metal bottle. I noticed an improvement within two days. I like the fact that is hold the moiture in your skin as well. It has a faint, pleasent fragrance. The consistency is almost creamy but it is a lotion. It goes on easily and evenly. Leaves no greasy feeling or anything like that. I think it has made a difference in as little as two days. I think especialy for the money - 19.99 - it is a bargin. Neutrogena has many good products and I really like this one.
Conclusions
I would recommend this product.
