Last year I read with great interest Dr. Perricones's "The Perricone Prescription". Made sense, so I changed my diet/supplimantation, skin care regimen and began a regular exercise program as per his instructions. Since his products were extrodinarily high priced I did some research and found comparable, less expensive replacements. I decided to use only one at a time and Reviva Labs night cream was the first. (continued using my regular mosturizer during the day) A week and a half later I attended church and was complimented left and right on how great my skin looked! Totally out of the blue as I told no one what I was doing. I was actually so used to the new routine by then that I had forgotten that I was even doing anything different. I was not wearing any makeup either. Actually, husband also had made a comment earlier that morning and he NEVER notices anything. Because I see my face everyday it's hard for me to notice any big changes but my skin does seem more dewy, smooth and supple. Now, because I did change my eating habits and washed my skin day and night (not something I did regularly before) and began exercising on a daily basis I cannot say that the improvement in my skin was 100% due to the face cream. I can say, however, that I continue to recieve compliments on how youthful I look and how smooth my skin is. Smooth is what I hear most. So I am hesitant to change anything, especially my night cream.

Works for me, definitely recommend it.
