The first problem I encountered was that the wand would pull my skin around eyes.

Details
I bought the softlight wand through a shopping network. It was supposed to emit a softlight which would stimulate collagen beneath the first layer of the skin on my face. The collagen would then plump up the skin and improve the complexion. Also, the wand would get rid of dark spots and generally reduce wrinkles - especially around the eyes. I used it for 3 weeks. As I'd use the wand around my eye area, it would tug and pull the skin. There was no lubricant that came with the wand. My eyes would turn red and the thin skin did not appear any better. Also, the dark spots did not really change. I felt that the wand was of no real use to me.

Conclusions
I would not recommend this product because I did not have any visible results.
