you will need time and privacy to learn and carry out exercises.

I have been following the programme through the book since i was 40, seven years ago in the last year i have attended the clinic to learn to do the exercises more thoroughly and believe my wrinkles and my complection to be much improved. There is no risk to yourself as it is purely exercise based. Dont expect to look 20 years younger, but with dedication you may look 10 years younger. men or women can do the programme and it is easy to follow, you may just do a few exercises to start with and then increase to fit into your daily routine.
