After researching a lot, including checking out this website and being discouraged, I decided to go ahead. The procedure was done by my dermatologist himself (who had tried it on himself and his colleagues to see if it worked and how to make it hurt less). I attribute the success of the procedure to him - he's a bit of a star in his field, and to the fact that I am 50, not too young to notice any effect. After hearing a lot about the pain, I have to say it was - say - bikini wax level. That is, not a big deal if you want the results. Make sure you find a very experienced and very good doctor. Please don't go to a spa or one of those website advertised factories.

Conclusions
Find the right person, and really have a problem that can be fixed.
