I had Thermage / Thermacool done five weeks ago. It was unbelievably painful. The doctor used the correct protocol of lower settings and multiples passes with the new fast tips. Within one week there was a huge change in my skin. It had thinned, alarmingly. The planes of my face flattened from all angles. My skin was, without question tighter, but my cheeks diminished quite a bit and my skin hollowed under the cheekbones. After three weeks there was a thickining of my skin in the area between my ears and mouth, but I feel it was due to contraction and gravity pulling down and centering in one area. My cheeks are still flatter and my doctor keeps saying to wait three more months. Also, the area under my eyes have become more hollow, even though the tip was not passed over it. This again, leads me to believe that the contraction caused by Thermage pulls downward. My hope is that my skin does not lose anymore volume. I would tell anyone thinking of doing this procedure to avoid it like the plague. It is too unpredictable.

Conclusions
Again, stay away from this product. It causes damage.
