In general, I like Kiehls because the products are gentle and they don't boast of dramatic results, unlike many other companies. However, 2 months ago, I went to their counter to try something new because at age 46, my skin is really beginning to sag and look very tired. I don't feel that old, but I daresay, I'm looking it! The gal at the counter encouraged me to try the serum, the facial cream and the eye cream. While my skin is better moisturized than with my former Lancome products, it is neither firmer or rejuvinated as I had hoped.

Conclusions
Perhaps it would work on someone in their 30's.
