My 25 year old daughter bought a tube of Biosensitive and it brought her out in a rash and hard lumps on her face she tried to return it to the store she purchased it from the girl said she had left it too long and even though we travelled 300km to purchase it and return it it was not good enought she said there was nothing wrong with the product and suggested I try the remainder I am 50 years old and it burnt the skin on the bridge of my nose causing red flaky skin all we want is an address to send theproduct back to to be tested and her money back if possible

Conclusions
the sales staff need to be more helpfull
