There are many make-up bases availiable on the market but this one is really great, especially if you have normal to dry skin. This cream seems to have on-going moisturisation levels. I suspect it is the milk proteins which is one of the special ingrediants used in the preparation. I use this cream when my skin feels like some special attention, and under make-up when I want a durable smooth finish that lasts. I don't know about the products "instant radiance" as the company endorses, but it a good moisturiser and an excellent make-up base, especially in the colder weather.
