The winters in Michigan can be brutal! I have always had cracked, bleeding cuticles from the dry air and constant furnace heat. The cuticle tears got worse and worse and would snag my necktie and get caught on paper, making for a very painful day in the office. After using Surgeon's Skin Secret for just a few days, I'm happy to say it has completely healed my dry skin. Applied once in the morning and once before bed is all it took. It stays on all day, even after washing my hands. It doesn't stain my clothing or sheets. I also use it to keep my heels soft. My wife complains about my alligator feet in bed, but no longer. This past Summer I did a lot of yardwork and got several cuts and scrapes. Surgeon's Skin Secret was a blessing in healing the cuts and taking away the pain.

Conclusions
I would highly recommend everyone using Surgeon's Skin Secret. It's a miracle cream!
