This product has been really effective as in preventing dry patches.

Drawbacks
The product can be a bit greasy and has no sun block so I have to put that on as well.

I cycle to work and my combination skin reacts badly to the wind, I also work in a hospital and my skin reacts badly to the change in temperature causing me to develop dry patches. This product has been great in maintaining a smooth complexion. It is best used as a night time cream for women with combination skin. I would not use this product as a day cream unless you skin is exceptionally dry. A little goes a long way even though it is a bit expensive. The tube I've been used at present I have used nightly for the last 8 weeks and its still going strong!

Conclusions
As a night cream for combination skin it is excellant in reducing dry patches.
