This is a patented moisturizer which allows the skin to actually get moisture (water) into the skin, not just on top of. After applying it lightly, you spray with water and the water soaks into the skin. You can see the difference, as the skin gets plumper. I have tried other moisturizers and they do not keep my skin from drying out as this one does.

Because of the water coming into them, the blackheads on my nose are cleaned out and have almost disappeared.

I live in a dry climate, I'm 67 years old, and my skin does look younger than my years which I give this product credit for. I've been using it for about 10 years.

Conclusions
I highly recommend this moisturizer. I believe it has kept my skin firmer and softer.
