I really like cleaning my face and neck and then using this product after a stressful event. It is important to relax and not use your face in a forceful way. If you can lie back or read or something quietly and let the masque sort of tighten it is better. It is better not to wear it overnight as it is quite messy. It seems to plump and smooth a bit. I use it once week. It is an addition to a regular routine. It is a clear and thick gel. Most noticably effective in smoothing and quieting the skin.

Conclusions
I would recommend this product. It has a calming effect and is not overly expensive.
