Several years ago I developed red, itchy, flaky, pimply skin around my nose, cheeks, and particularly my chin. No matter what cleanser I used, or treatment I applied, it just kept getting worse and it was itchy and painful, and very unsightly. A dermatologist told me I had rosacea, and prescribed a cleanser with some acids which he sold in the office, and Metrogel .75% which required a prescription at the drugstore. After months of horrendous suffering, my symptoms were gone in under a week. I found I ultimately didn't need to use his expensive cleanser. Basic Cetaphil, and the Metrogel did the trick. That was several years ago. Although I supposedly have this diagnosis of rosacea, I have never again had a breakout, and I no longer need the Metrogel. I'm cured!

Conclusions
I highly recommend Metrogel .75% for anyone with rosacea. Very fast results.
