I filled out a questionaire before the first treatment and met with a technician/consultant. They have a very ideal-sounding program and assured me that it would be permanent. I was told I needed to have 4-6 treatments which cost me $800! It was worth it to me.

I had a different technician each time I went in who had a different technique from the others.

It was rather painful at times. I needed more than the 6 treatments - I had a free one at 7 because they couldn't figure out why hair came back - I only had a very few to start with!

I have since had an eyebrow wax done elsewhere by one of their former technicians who told me that the company was dishonest about their procedures.

Conclusions
Expensive lesson. People should ask for references.
