I got eyebrows and eyeliners (top and bottom) done 3 years ago, and I loved it. They look great and natural. Most people don't know my eyebrows are permanent until I pointed out to them. The permanent artist used "feathering technique" to achieve a natural look by placing pigments in in rows (like hair). However, I needed touch up within 6 Months. Now, 3 years later, I still love it, but there are gaps in my brow (not really noticeable). Eyeliners are fadded, too, but they look more natural now that before.

Conclusions
Go to a reputable artist. I have seen many blue eyebrowsout there.
