Skin Care Review: Estee Lauder Idealist

by Anonymous

Evens out oily and dry patches

Expensive, no active ingredients or SPF

This product is the only face lotion I have tried that doesn't cause my skin to become oily. Almost immediately after putting it on, it feels like it has vanished, but it leaves your skin feeling moisturized (helps get rid of that tight feeling in the winter) but dry (in the sense that it leaves no shine). It almost like that satin-y feeling your skin has after using face powder. I am not one to spend this kind of money on beauty products but this is one I will stay loyal to. A little bit goes a long way. I have had the 1.7 fl oz bottle for almost a year and I use it every day. The only thing I wish were possible, though, was to have an SPF in it - but, of course, that would probably end up making it feel oily....

Worth the risk of spending the money.
