According to product directions, I applied the green gel bar in circular motion across wet face, washed off, pat dry, then applied the cream before bedtime. I did this for 10 days straight. After the 7th day, I noticed redness on my cheeks and peeling on my forehead and nose. I thought it was due to the dry weather. However, the redness developed into a rash and the peeling got worse. I finally stopped using Premier and went back to using my previous brand of skin care. It's been a week now since I stopped using Premier. The rash is gone and the redness has subdued subtantially. And my skin is no longer peeling. I read the ingredients list of Premier Pearl Reflecting White Cream, comparing to other brands, this cream contains very high alcohol content. This is probably what caused the rash and the peeling. I will never let any Premier products touch my face again!

Conclusions
This product actually made my skin condition worse than before using it.
