I've read everything about the product: Environ, and was very impressed by all the testimonials.

I bought the products from my local beauty therapist - no starter kit was available, so I had to buy the normal sized products.

What a disaster!

My skin has NEVER looked so bad! I actually have 11 carbuncles on my face and neck. It hurts terribly.

I feel like a freak. I went back and asked the beauty therapist if this reaction was normal, and she then told me that I was supposed to start with the 'debut' range and maybe the 'mild' range is too strong and left it at that. Thanks a lot for telling me now! Don't these agents inform you properly? Aren't they trained to assist people? Or are they just out to sell as many products as possible?

I will never touch this nonsense again. EVER!
