Susan Lucci should know Guthy Renker is misrepresenting her by committing fraud. Charging triple what 1st phone rep says, then when called back told to keep product and she will cancel further charges, then 1 month later charged again, then 2nd phone rep lies and said I never called. I'm sending product back and am going to file a complaint with AZ. attorney general's office. Susan's product is very good and works very well, but should only be ordered through HSN.com, who can be trusted not to overcharge their customers.

Conclusions
Never buy anything from Guthy Renker!
