Knowing that green tea shows promise in providing skin benefits, I decided to go straight to the source and started using tea bags on my face as a morning toner. I simply keep a can in my bathroom and after my shower I run warm water over the bag and then squeeze a bit of the extract into my hand. I smooth that over my face and neck before adding my sunscreen. The results have been excellent!! I had a few red acne marks that after more than a year are finally fading after only a couple weeks. My skin is smoother, my pores tighter, and overall the color of my skin is more even and bright. I know it's not my imagination because even my makeup is going on smoother. I used the Republic of Tea brand that included powdered green tea right in the bag but I imagine that would not be necessary.

Conclusions
I highly recommend trying this!
