Diet Tip: Skin anti-aging through supplementation

submitted by Anonymous

The addition of the supplements melatonin, alpha-lipoic acid, and vitamin C to my daily diet has produced anti-aging benefits of the skin for me. I take about 2.5 mg to 3 mg of melatonin in one dose daily, just before going to sleep at night. I take 2000 mg 3000 mg of vitamin C daily in 1000 mg doses taken with meals two or three times daily. I take 400 mg to 600 mg of alpha-lipoic acid daily in 200 mg doses taken with meals two or three times daily. The supplementation works slowly, but the effects became noticeable to me after about two months. More importantly, the benefits seem to be sustained as long as I continue taking the supplements.
