Diet Tip: Skin booster

Tip description / details:
Skin Booster, homemade juice or smoothie recipe. I notice after drinking the Skin Booster my appearance is improved for several days. Grapes are high in flavonoids, specifically proanthocyanins, which have been shown to benefit skin. I use a juicer, but this could easily be done as a smoothie.

1 pineapple (buy it cored and peeled if possible); 2 organic apples; 1 big bunch of black or dark red grapes

How to prepare:
Rinse apples and grapes well. If juicing, the entire apple can be juiced, as well as the grape stems. If your pineapple is not already peeled and cored, you can juice the core and peel (if your fruit is organic). I prefer to buy mine cored and peeled. For a smoothie, slice up the apples and pull grapes off the stem before blending. Obviously do not put any pineapple peel or core into the smoothie making machine.

How to use:
This formula will make anywhere from 20-30 ounces of juice. I drink 1 to 2 full glasses, and my husband does the same. For smaller serving, cut ingredients in half.

Results (observed by submitter):
A boosted appearance to my skin that lasts up to 2 days!
