Weight Loss Tip: Reducing cellulite

submitted by Anonymous

Being slim all my life meant I never had cellulite. However, turning 27 and having a child seemed to create cellulite in my thighs and buttocks and despite being thin, I still had cottage cheese lumps under my skin! Being thin meant losing weight was pointless. So I began an intensive lower body exercises - dancing, leg raises and squats - running (not walking) to increase muscle along with swimming in salt water and dove body moisturizing. All of the above has literally diminished my cellulite. It took me a few weeks to see results

I believe salty water helps with cellulite -- not sure about scientific reasons. Running encourages muscle and fat to jiggle essentially breaking up cellulite structure and encourages replacement and toning.
