Hair Care Tip: Making dry hair look healthier

Tip description / details:
Use water that is as cold as you can possibly tolerate to wash your hair. Use cold water to do final rinse after shampoo and/or hair conditioner. After rinsing hair from shampoo and/or conditioner completely, apply conditioner lightly at the tip of the hair and lightly rinse. (Do not rinse off completely.) You hair will look healthier and smoother.
