Hair Care Tip: Growing longer hair

submitted by sheryl, simi valley, CA 93063

Tip description / details:
I have been doing a treatment that has totally changed my hair. I have dry hair and color and bleach it.

Ingredients:
Bert's Bees Balm; clear aloe vera gel without chemicals; olive oil

How to prepare:
Mix equal parts of each of the above (about the size each of a nickel)

How to use:
Rub down through hair (dry hair) at night then braid hair. In the morning shampoo and your hair will have a great shine. I usually put a suave coconut conditioner on first then without rinsing shampoo the crown and then let shampoo run down over and rinse all and the put Nexus Acidifying Conditioner on last with a light rinse of something with a silicone, dimethicone over the top.

Results (observed by submitter):
My hair is growing great now.

Costs involved:
minimal
