Hair Care Tip: Make Dull Hair Shiny Again

submitted by Laurie Coles, Memphis, TN United States

Menopause has a way of making your hair dull and lifeless. I started looking around to see what I could do to make my hair shiny again. I wanted something that didn't cost a fortune and I found this on the internet and it works. I use a used individual size tea bag after making a cup of tea. I open up the used tea bag and put in 4 cups of water and bring it to a boil. I let it boil for about 2 minutes. Then I stain the water to remove the tea leaves. I then poor in 2 tablespoons of concentrated lemon juice. I pour the liquid in a plastic jar with a top so I can shake it well. I poor this over my hair immediately after I shampoo my hair. It highlights dull hair and makes it shine. I now have shiny hair again instead of dull lifeless hair.
