Skin Care Tip: DIY conditioner for shiny hair

submitted by Edda Paulin, Manchester, England

Tip description / details:
This is a great home remedy if you have run out of conditioner and your hair is feeling very dry. The egg-yolk is incredibly rich in proteins, which is probably what your hair is lacking if you suffer from dry-damaged hair. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 egg yolks, 2 shots of whisky

How to prepare:
Whip 2 egg-yolks together with 2 shots of whisky. Apply to wet hair and leave in for half an hour. This works incredibly well, especially if your hair is quite dry.

How to use:
Apply to wet hair and leave in for half an hour. You can leave it in for even longer if you have the patience.

Results (observed by submitter):
Very shiny hair

Costs involved:
£1
