Heat the coconut oil and let it cool a little so that it would be warm rather than hot. Apply it on your hair. Make sure that the oil reaches your scalp and that you oil the ends of your hair well. Put on a shower cap and let the oil sit on your hair for about 30 minutes before shampooing it all out. If you could, you can also wet a towel with hot water, wring it, and then wrap your head with it (with the shower cap on) so as to add more heat.
