Avocado fat is a very potent hair moisturizer and vitamin E is the best vitamin for the hair. After any chemical treatment or if hair is dry and porous, an avocado and vitamin E mask can restitute the hair health. This mask is better if used for once a week during a month and then every month for maintance.

Ingredients:
1 Avocado; 2 capsules of vitamin E

How to prepare:
Peel the avocado and mix it in the blender with vitamin E until it becomes very creamy.

How to use:
Apply to clean dry hair and cover the hair with a plastic cap and aluminum paper to conserve the heat. With a hair dryer warm your head (now covered w/ the plastic cap and the aluminum paper). Let the mask in the hair for around an hour. Wash the hair and style as usual.

Softer and healthier looking hair.
