Hair Care Tip: Green tea spritz to protect hair in summer

Tip description / details:
Use green tea for natural protection against the sun to prevent your hair from being fried at the end of the summer. Plus green tea has antioxidants.

Ingredients:
green tea, essential oil, honey, water, spray bottle

How to prepare:
Make a cup of green tea and let it seep for 10 minutes and cool completely. Pour it into a spray bottle and add 10-15 drops of an essential oil. This helps preserve it a little longer. (Rosemary & Sage are good for hair growth.) Add 1/2 tablepoon of honey. Honey is an natural humectant which will bring moisture to your hair. Keep in refrigerator until ready for use.

Spritz on as needed.
