Hair Care Tip: Controlling curly hair

submitted by =Anonymous

This is a tip for those of you with wild, curly hair that you do not so much "style" as beat into submission on a daily basis. After blow-drying my hair, I use hot rollers, just like we did in the 80's. I use the very large rollers and they calm my natural curl rather than curling my hair. They also make my hair smoother and less frizzy. For a longer-term effect, you can visit your local salon and get a perm, yes a perm, having the stylist use the largest rollers available. The treatment calms the curl without doing the damage a chemical straightener can.
